She found this position in her job search on the Internet, the Houston Chronicle, and using dial up Internet! Her roles in APM have included Billing, Accounts Payable, Office Manager, and IT. Outside of work, Cindy is a parent, grandparent, and sports team mom.

Get the Buzz... APM Gas Power Creates Exciting New Prototype in Kaizen at the Pasadena, TX LDC

Last summer, the LDC hosted a 3-week Kaizen event from June 6th to June 24th, 2022. Through this Kaizen, the Gas Power division achieved success in creating D11 valve stands and a table design prototype! They were able to borrow a valve from the GE Houston Learning Center in addition to the D11 from our APM LDC and utilized the LDC’s large shop as a space for everyone to set up and collaborate.

Get The Buzz... APM Canada Gas Delivers Excellence Ahead of Schedule at Trans Alta Outage

APM Canada mobilized a small crew for setup on October 19th, 2022 and officially started the TransAlta Sarnia outage on October 28th until demobilization on November 30th. The job scope included an Alton 11N2-C Inspection with Gen Bearing Inspections. Even with a grand total of 7,627 manhours, APM Canada completed the job ahead of schedule with zero safety or quality incidents!

Get The Buzz... APM Canada Boiler Delivered Safety and Quality for an Emergent TransAlta Outage

On October 28, 2022, APM Canada Boiler mobilized to support a forced outage for TransAlta in Keephills Alberta, Canada. By demobilization on November 3rd, 653 manhours were completed with 100% safety and quality. The eighteen total craftspeople on site and two superintendents, Matt Johnson and Rob Robertson, executed this outage with tremendous success on short notice during peak season!
