From April 22, 2023, to April 24, 2023, an APM Electrical team of two superintendents were at the Eagle Valley jobsite in Martinsville, Indiana. Despite their brief time on site due to a lack of parts, the APM Superintendents, Anthony Barton and Tron Wright, managed to impress the customer with their genuine commitment to quality work.

Through this Kaizen, the Gas Power division achieved success in creating D11 valve stands and a table design prototype! They were able to borrow a valve from the GE Houston Learning Center in addition to the D11 from our APM LDC and utilized the LDC’s large shop as a space for everyone to set up and collaborate.
