In recent weeks I have seen our Canada team in action. Whether it be performance reviews, platinum outage reviews, safety kaizens, or periodic challenges that pop up, I have been impressed with how our Canada team shows up. Reflections ... APM Pillar Showcase - Listening to the Superintendent Voice

Hopefully you read last week about the EX Council actions that have been implemented following the 2024 EX Survey. One of the actions intended to improve Collaboration was to reconvene the Superintendent Council. We asked Marc Campo & John Baierlein, our two OPS champions for the Council, to share their thoughts on how the Superintendent Council is an example of our Culture Pillars in action.
