This month’s spotlight features APM Gas Power Superintendent, Lucas Coleman! Lucas was led to the industry through Welding School. The Millwrights were looking for welders and his teacher selected him and a couple others to take a weld test at the hall on a Friday. Lucas passed the test and started work on Monday! His Grandpa was a Union Millwright in Detroit for Ford and when Lucas asked his Dad what a millwright was, he would always say “a jack of all trades.” He began working with APM in 2016, totaling 7 years to date!
