APM CREW HITS THE MARK WITH HIGH STANDARDS
Our APM Fossil North Superintendents, Barry Burroughs and Brett Kennard, delivered high standards on an upgrade outage at American Electric Power (AEP) Waterford in Columbus, OH. They hit the mark on every metric – safety, quality, schedule and productivity. The customer needed support to provide the labor on the upgrades and this team delivered. The performance was graded by several “tough graders” on the site side, but the exceptional craft performance was pointed out by a senior site leader who reportedly joked that he’d be willing to pay extra for this crew to come back for every outage. There were approximately 8-9 APM employees on each shift during this outage. APM has top notch Superintendents who lead their crews to high performance and standards.
