APM Fossil North Team Exceeds Customer Expectations

APM goes above and beyond to deliver excellent results for their customers. While performing a project onboard the USNS Cesar Chavez (T-AKE-14), the team offered guidance to the Ships Force personnel. The APM Fossil North Superintendent, Ray Bass, and APM North Rigger, Alex Barghout, as well as the GE Field Engineers, James Cox and Alex Camara, were all recognized by Clarence E. Vick, Chief Engineer from the Department of the Navy, USNS Cesar Chavez (T-AKE 14) by writing:

“They… took the time to offer guidance to ships force personnel on how to operate safely around the High Voltage (HV) equipment; in short they provided us with valuable knowledge by simply and safely performing their duties. Together as a team they assisted us with safely securing the affected plant and restoring it fully back to service. Their leadership and performance was simply top notch. They placed ships force, their safety and the equipment safety extremely high on their list as it should be. This act alone is extremely comforting as it should be.”

APM is proud of the urgent attitudes and dedication to ZERO INCIDENTS of our employees to perform projects for our customers that both meet and exceed expectations. We are able to provide excellent services because of this commitment to safety and zeal for customer service. Keep up the great work, APM team!
