Earlier this week we launched our 2025 Employee Experience Survey.
I want to thank those of you who have already made the time to participate. Your voice matters – your feedback shapes how we grow and improve together. This is our 5th year conducting the survey, and I am confident it’s an important tool for us to understand the collective experience of our people.

Your work will help us better understand your “day in the life”, which will also help us understand your experience working for APM. From your work I expect we will learn about the challenges you face and how we can reduce waste, improve efficiency, and create capacity for you to do valuable work.
