APM Nuclear Superintendent Receives Recognition for Excellent Job Leadership
When you need fulfillment excellence in all job aspects, APM delivers. Our APM Nuclear Superintendent, Juan Ramirez, recently received recognition from GE Lead Field Engineer, Kevin L. Adair, for his excellent leadership on the TVA Browns Ferry Nuclear U3R16 Turbine Outage. Juan’s efforts were acknowledged with the attached letter of appreciation. In the remarks, Mr. Adair wrote, “I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your attention to detail, hazard recognition, dedication, outstanding attitude and excellent performance with regard to Browns Ferry Nuclear U3R16 Turbine Outage Execution earlier this year. Thanks to your efforts, the project was completed with zero OSHA recordable injuries, zero FME issues and zero significant human performance errors. Also, as a result of your ownership, teamwork and support, the U3R16 outage base work scope was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.” Additionally, customer personnel, including Donald Jernigan (Senior VP - TVA NPG Support Services), Keith Polson (Site VP), Steve Bono (Site General Manager), Matt Rasmussen (BFN Outage Director), and many others, all echoed the following, "This was one of the best turbine outages that I have ever seen.” Congratulations to Juan for the outstanding achievement and recognition – Way to advocate our APM fulfillment values to our customer!
