Leadership Reflections... OFS Leadership Meeting

I valued the opportunity to be in New York this week representing our APM at the One Field Services (“OFS”) Leadership Meeting. Below are some of my reflections from our engagement.

  • Vernova brings change and fresh challenges, but our strategy remains constant: Right team, Right job, Right time! SQDC - in that order - will be our key to success.

  • Data is valuable and keeps us in tune with reality, but we also need to appreciate the humanity in the numbers. We are a PEOPLE business, and every data point reflects an impact to someone's day.

  • THANK YOU for your part to empower the people that power life! Every role is essential to our mission.
