Please see the below video for our response to the feedback and planned actions based on our Employee Experience Survey.

Improve Work / Life Balance:

  • Identify Business “Periods”, including peak and blackout periods

  • Identify Backups for all Positions

Improve Transparency Culture:

  • Host Regular Townhall Meetings

Improve Timely Decision Making:

  • Implement 48-hour response time standard for emails and calls

Create Delegations of Authority (DOAs) for regular decisions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for roles.
