In my below video I continue to talk about our priority - Safety. Let's Take 5 on Risks & Consequences, with a specific focus on our relationship to Risk. 

Below is a summary of how to mitigate lack of risk recognition and reward / risk balancing:

  • Think and plan ahead

  • Be present in your current task

  • If you are overwhelmed, STOP and wait until you can refocus

  • Talk with people who have experienced positive / negative consequences

  • Be intentional about considering long term consequences

  • Reflect on the risks you have taken often
