APM Gas Team in the West Delivers 100% Safety & Quality at Rathdrum Power

Our APM Gas Team in the west, as an integral part of the One GE Field Service Solution, contributed in delivering fulfillment excellence, exceeding the expectations of our customer. APM, FieldCore, and GE completed the scheduled RIMI (Rotor-In Major Inspection) in less than the expected 28 days. Our craft delivered safety and quality while remaining on time and on budget!
Prioritizing Safety, Always
The crews went above and beyond in prioritizing safety at the site. No safety incidents were experienced, and all craft crews remained exceptionally diligent in emphasizing health and wellness with protocols related to COVID-19. Thoroughly cleaned break area trailers, tool rooms, work areas, and socially distanced morning meetings were established to ensure safe working conditions for all teams.
APM Superintendent, Alejandro Blas, and FieldCore Technical Field Advisor, Djamal Pullom, worked in alignment to elevate site safety before crews arrived.

Serving Quality, On-time
In addition to the RIMI, extra replacement work was completed during the outage. This included, S17, lift oil hose, flex seal, expansions joint, compressor BPP, and cross fire bellow replacements. The outage was performed in a single shift. The unit started up smoothly in the first attempt, echoing successful delivery for our customer!
In a post-outage review, a customer representative stated how impressed they were with the results the outage team achieved and delivered on site.
“This outage will be a benchmark for all 7F RIMIs in the catalog going forward,” stated APM Operations Leadership.
