APM Boiler shines with fulfillment as we recognize their team who illuminated leadership and excellent work during the 2019 Mackay River Outage. The team’s performance during execution was "best in class, resulting in a project that was deemed overall to be a great success" (Project Manager). Our curated A-team worked two 12-hour shifts, seven days a week, and in poor weather conditions, but our team was fully equipped to handle business.

The 75-person team faced a series of challenges in the 60-day outage duration but made considerable proactive decisions which depicted their pride in craftsmanship. Some of the complex work execution involved: Removal and flipping of a roof to repair liners, removal of existing assemblies and replacement of new bundles, replacement of roofing, and electrical and instrumentation scopes.

Issues were encountered, resolutions were driven, and resources were shifted to maintain productivity in an effective manner. It was pertinent to execute the defined scope and remain on schedule. According to the Project Manager on site, the boilermakers and pipefitters were "safety focused, self-sufficient, and motivated". Presenting the highest level of professionalism distinguishes us among those whom attempt to match our solutions. Our people are our business model!
