Leadership Reflections... Summer Shift from Nick Brockman & John Collins

As we transition into the Summer season, I urge us all to take time for the 3 focuses this Summer:

  • Safety and Quality Reset 

  • Employee Experience Survey 

  • Rest and Recharge 

Below are some additional thoughts on our Employee Experience Survey from Nick Brockman (Operations Director - Steam) and John Collins (Operations Director - Gas ).

I hope most all of you are enjoying some much-deserved time off for the summer with your family and friends. We appreciate all of the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices that you all make for APM to help keep the lights on for North America and beyond.

That said, we are always looking for valuable feedback from you as to what we can continue doing, or do better, as APM to make your experience one of the best in the industry. Last Friday we distributed our Employee Experience Survey for you to provide candid feedback to our APM. Your feedback is important to us. It allows us the opportunity to consider tangible actions to help better the overall experience while working at APM. We realize that your time is valuable so it should only a few minutes to complete, and will it be completely anonymous – so please voice your honest opinions and we will continue to get better together.
