Leadership Reflections... Board of Directors Reflections from Jake

We recently had a Board of Directors meetings, bringing leaders from Gas, Steam, and the Industry to our APM Table to discuss our 2022 performance, 2023 plans, and 2024+ vision.

A key question we teed up: How does APM continue our progress?

  • Sustaining our growth (hours, revenue, profit)

  • Performance excellence (safety, quality, delivery, cost)

  • Stabilizing our investments (people, training, systems)

  • Protecting our health (customer and employee experience)

As always, we lead from the Safety Keystone philosophy. My ask of us all as we seek to continue our progress.

  • Embrace the transparency pillar of our culture via open reporting systems. Continue to raise up observations and opportunities we have to improve via Airtime SERs and CI Workflows.

  • Embrace our collective accountability to take actions that move up the controls hierarchy.

“The CPM, FieldCore, & APM teams were excellent. Excellent performance on a difficult outage with 2 mobilizations as we waited for parts repair. Unit returned to service with no rework and no issues.”
