As previously shared, these chiefs are to be leaders of vision, values, collaboration, an excellence. Their focuses will be to increase collaboration amongst various functional teams, aligning the goals and processes of those teams to deliver improved fulfillment excellence, and elevate above the daily execution to focus on the long-term excellence and growth of our business.
As these leaders must elevate to fulfill these critical priorities, we expect there will be additional restructuring of roles and teams within the next few weeks to ensure there is appropriate coverage and ownership for their legacy duties.
Please join me in congratulating Julie, Bruce, and Collin on their promotions.
