Project Support Specialist

The Project Support Specialist (“PSS”) is responsible for providing overall clerical / administrative support to APM’s onsite team (or remote assignment) to ultimately drive customer satisfaction and project success. Responsibilities include submitting payroll, as well as creating and maintaining job site project documentation. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are critical for regular interface with all levels of the APM organization, as well as APM’s customer. The PSS must follow through on all tasks and position objectives utilizing problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Minimum Requirements:

The requirements below are mandatory for this position to successfully perform the job:

  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma.

  • At least two years of clerical experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Meets any / all site and customer specific requirements.

  • Fully on-boarded through resource program.
