Attention All Employees:

The APM + APCom Disaster Recovery Plan remains in effect and our Pasadena Campus continues to be closed.  Even though weather conditions are starting to improve in the Houston area, the Pasadena offices will continue to be closed until after Labor Day.  The roadways in and around Houston continue to be flooded.  No one should be going to the campus or entering the offices until you have been notified to do so.  Please continue to work from home until further notice, and let your manager know of any needs or concerns.

We send our heartfelt sympathies to those that have had damage and encourage you to let us know how we can help you.  We send our sincere appreciation to employees that are volunteering to help in the community.  Many aspects and services in our lives will be temporarily disrupted.  It may be a while before supplies return to the grocery shelves, restaurants reopen, and gasoline is readily available.  Keep in mind that prices may be elevated as a result of the flooding.  We sincerely appreciate your efforts to ensure the essential business needs are met, including payroll processing and field support.  Anything non-essential or non-time-sensitive may be postponed until next week.  We encourage you to focus on your family’s safety and supporting the needs in your community.

We are attaching a Post-Hurricane Harvey EHS Precautions document that was shared with us by the EHS Team.  These precautions can be resourceful to those traveling into the area to help.

We will continue to send daily updates after the Disaster Recovery Team’s meetings.  Stay safe!
