APM Fossil North Team Receives Excellent Results from GE Power & Water NPS Pulse Survey

When safety, quality and expertise matter to you, you can count on us because that’s what APM delivers. We value the same jobsite priorities that you do, and we prove it on our jobs. Our APM Fossil North team recently supported a U4 LP Bucket Replacement outage for Duke Energy at the Gibson Generating Station in Gibson County, IN. The crew was led by APM Superintendents, Jason Murphy and Harlan Schroeder. Upon completion of the job, GE PGS Service Manager, Chase Bortone, recognized the team’s excellent execution, stating, “great job by the site team, shop team, and support teams... Harlan and Jason did a phenomenal job and deserve to be recognized for their effort onsite.” Chase also followed up with a GE Power & Water NPS Survey, scoring the GE and APM site teams an overall 9 out of a possible 10 for their excellence and commitment to safety. In the survey, he commented, “GE/APM employees act professional and know safety is number one over schedule.” The team also received scores of 9 for safe work practices, EHS compliance and technical ability. They received a score of 10 for responsiveness to customer needs! We are proud of the excellent feedback for this job success! We extend our sincerest appreciation to the entire crew who acted as advocates of our core values to our customer. Your dedication is the reason our business boasts the ability to offer the best craft labor solutions for turbine maintenance in the industry.
